Established in 2005, Lens-Way Hardware Products (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. produces a wide variety of hardware. We can provide two types of machining for metal parts: the automatic lathes and the CNC lathes' production of fasteners, connectors and cutting metal parts, such as nonstandard bolts, screws and nuts, rivets, spring bolts, insert nuts, self tapping screws, micro screws, bearings, and special screws or bolts, which can be used in household electrical appliances, printers, fax machines, electronic products, precision instruments, medical equipment, digital cameras and automobiles. The minimum allowance can be guaranteed between 0.01mm and 0.02mm. Micro metal items of copper, iron, stainless steel and aluminum can be processed in batches and the minimum cutting diameter can be between 1mm and 20mm. Surface treatments as blackening, phosphating treatment, burning, electroless nickel & copper & zinc plating process and carburizing are available now. Our company has a factory building of 2,100 square meters. In order to meet clients' demands of working environment, we have modern workshops, which are bright, clean and in perfect order. We are now providing several international companies with items for automatic lathes. Our company has many technicians with over 10 years' experiences in automatic lathes. IPQC and OQC will check all the products before turning out. For better competition and sustainable development, we emphasize on quality management and seek the best quality management. Our company attained ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications in Nov. 2007. Thus we make our management more normalized and standardized and give more confidence to our clients.
